How do I reset my password?

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot password?
2. Enter the email on your account and send.
3. Open the email on the phone that has NEXO and tap the link.
4. NEXO opens Set a new password. Enter a new password (at least 8 characters, with a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number and a symbol), type it again, and tap Update password.
5. You'll see Password updated. Sign in with your new password.

"Link invalid or expired": reset links only work once and for a limited time. Tap Request a new link.

"Too many attempts": you've asked for several links quickly. Wait a little while, then try again.

Signed up with Google or Apple? You don't have a NEXO password to reset. Use Continue with Google or Continue with Apple.
