Yes. Add them as an offline member: a name in the space that you can add expenses for, even though they don't use the app.
Add one: on the invite screen (or while creating the space), choose By name — offline member and type their name.
Offline members work like everyone else:
- they can be the one who paid, or be part of a split
- their share counts, and they appear in Balances
- you can Settle up with them
When they join NEXO later: tap their name and choose Invite a collaborator…. Send them the personal link. It works for 7 days. When they open it, they take over the slot, and every expense and balance under that name becomes theirs.
Offline members also appear when someone leaves a space or deletes their account: their past expenses stay under their name as an offline member. Anyone in the space can send that person a personal link later to take the slot back.
Offline members count toward the space's 20-member limit.
