Use recurring records for anything that repeats: rent, Netflix, internet, your salary, or a monthly transfer into savings.
- Go to Settings → Recurring records and tap +.
- Give it a name (e.g. "Netflix") and enter the amount.
- Choose Expense or Income (then pick the category), or Transfer (between two of your accounts). Income is personal only: pick the account it's paid into.
- Choose Repeat: Weekly, Monthly or Yearly, and the Next due date.
- Choose the Account. For a shared bill, choose the space under Book and who it's Paid by. Auto-logged shared bills are split equally between the space's members.
- Choose how NEXO should handle it: Remind me, Auto-log, or both (see What's the difference between Remind me and Auto-log?).
- Save.
Managing them: the list shows each record's next due date, and marks it Overdue or Skipped last cycle when relevant. Tap one to:
- Log now: record this cycle's payment straight away.
- Pause or Resume it.
- Delete it. Future entries stop, and anything already logged stays in your history.
