How does NEXO split a shared expense?

When you add an expense to a shared space (check Adding to shows the space's name), a Split section appears:

1. Paid by: who paid. It doesn't have to be you: pick any member, including offline members.
2. Split between: tap people to include or leave them out. Only the people included share the cost.
3. Equal (the default) or Unequal (see Can we split by different amounts?).

Example: Alex pays ₱900 for dinner, split equally between Alex, Sam and Jo. Each share is ₱300, so Sam owes Alex ₱300 and Jo owes Alex ₱300. Alex's own ₱300 is just Alex's spending.

NEXO adds this to the Balances card. Nobody needs to pay back after every meal: settle up whenever you like.

The split is worked out the same way on every phone, so everyone sees the same numbers.
