How do I create a shared space?

1. Open the Shared tab and tap Create or join a space (or New space).
2. Under Create a shared space, give it a Space name, e.g. "Home" or "Bali trip".
3. Choose the Base currency. All the space's totals and balances use it.

   The base currency can't be changed after the first expense, so pick the one most of your shared spending is in.

4. Add people now, or later:
   • By name — offline member: for someone who isn't on NEXO yet (see Can I add someone who doesn't have NEXO?).
   • By email — send an invite: NEXO emails them an invite as soon as the space is created.
5. Tap Create space.

A space holds up to 20 members, including you. On the free plan you can be in one space at a time (see Why can't I create or join another space?).
