How the prices and the currencies work
Every tier is priced in all three currencies up front — ₱ in the Philippines, RM in Malaysia, $ everywhere else. Each is a fixed campaign price, not a live exchange rate, so the amount you see is the amount you send.
Founding Member is never sold publicly. It's about the price of a single year of Premium, except it never expires. Premium itself doesn't exist yet — every Premium reward here activates when Premium launches, targeted for December 2026, and credits appear once your pledge is verified.

Before you pledge
This is reward-based crowdfunding, not an investment. You are pre-buying a digital reward and helping cover the cost of getting NEXO into the app stores. You receive the reward described on your tier — not equity, not shares, not a financial return of any kind, and no claim on anything NEXO earns.
Refunds. Change your mind within 14 days of pledging and you get all of it back — email [email protected] with your reference code, no questions asked. After that, pledges are final. If Premium is cancelled and never launches, every Premium backer is refunded in full.
When rewards arrive. Credits appear once your pledge is verified. Premium rewards — lifetime, and the discounted year — activate when Premium itself launches, targeted for December 2026. Premium does not exist yet; you are backing it into existence. Dates are targets, not guarantees.
How payment works. You pay out of band — GCash, bank transfer, Touch 'n Go, PayPal or USDT — then upload your receipt. Every payment is checked by hand against the account statement, so allow up to 48 hours for confirmation. NEXO is operated by NEXO Solutions, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia (SSM 202603222761 (NS0326833-M)), owned by Khaw Jyh Boon.

A note from Cross
NEXO started as a personal problem. I kept the expense records for both me and my wife, and keeping two people's spending in sync was a constant headache. Don't get me wrong — I love my wife. The headache came from the apps: one had no proper way to settle up, another couldn't split unevenly, another barely had categories. And whenever we travelled or shared costs with friends, we had to switch to yet another app just for that trip. Tracking one life shouldn't take three apps.
So I decided to build something both of us could actually use — one app for personal expenses, shared expenses, and squaring up, without the spreadsheet fights.
I've built NEXO alone: every screen, the backend, the split-math engine, the security model. That means there's no team to hide behind — but it also means you know exactly who is accountable to you. The app is already live on the App Store and Google Play; this campaign funds Premium — the next thing I'm building — not a promise on a slide.

Is this an investment?
No. This is reward-based support, not an investment. Backers receive the rewards described — not equity, shares, or financial returns.
When will I pay?
Now — pledges are open. Pick a tier and you'll get the payment details for wherever you are — GCash and bank transfer in the Philippines, Touch 'n Go and DuitNow in Malaysia, PayPal or USDT anywhere else — along with a reference code that ties the payment to you. Send it whenever suits you; once it lands we'll confirm by email and your reward is locked to that address. No card details are ever entered on this site.
What if the funding goals aren't met?
Funds are applied in the published order — Phase 2 first, then Phase 3, then stretch goals. If we raise less than hoped, we complete what the money covers and publish exactly where it went. You'll get transparent updates either way, including the uncomfortable ones.
When do rewards activate?
NEXO is free for everyone on the App Store and Google Play now. Premium is targeted for December 2026, and that's when backer rewards activate: lifetime access, the discounted year, and Founding badges all switch on for your account. Your name goes into the credits once your pledge is verified.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Change your mind within 14 days of pledging and you get all of it back — email [email protected] with your reference code, no questions asked. After that, pledges are final. If Premium is cancelled and never launches, every Premium backer is refunded in full.
Is my data safe?
Every table in the database is protected by row-level security, so your records are only ever readable by you and the people you've explicitly shared a space with. You can export everything you've entered, free, whenever you want. We don't sell data — that's the entire reason there's a subscription.
